1. Services Provided
Finish & Form provides professional painting, remodeling, and related services in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. All services are outlined in your written proposal or contract.
2. Estimates & Proposals
All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on changes in scope, materials, or unforeseen conditions. Any changes will require written approval.
3. Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your project start date. Payment terms and schedules will be detailed in your service agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
4. Scheduling & Project Timelines
Project start dates and completion times are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, supply availability, or other factors beyond our control. We will communicate any changes promptly.
5. Materials & Products
We offer a range of materials, including premium TEX-COTE® textured coatings and other high-quality options. Material warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer. Finish & Form does not assume liability for manufacturer defects.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide access to the property during scheduled work hours and ensure the work area is clear of personal items. Any required permits are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in writing at least 5 business days before the project start date. Cancellations after work has begun may result in charges for completed labor and materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
Finish & Form is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues, weather events, or other factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Finish & Form and may not be used without written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Miami-Dade County, FL.
